Villa Torre degli Elci is a 5-bedroom / 6-bathroom property spread over 300 sqm, with a main house that has three levels, and two annex buildings. On the ground floor of the main house, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of these rooms has a fireplace. On the first floor there is another double bedroom and bathroom, as well as a large living room and dining room, with another cozy fireplace, a kitchen, and a reading room. On the second floor there is another reading room, with a beautiful panoramic view, and one double bedroom and bathroom. From this room you can access the attic through a steep wooden staircase where there are 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower, which is suitable for children. The first annex building has a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with a dining area and half bathroom. There is a great outdoor area here, and right next to the kitchen you will find an old stone oven for making delicious homemade pizzas! Dine under the gazebo and take in the breathtaking views of the hill where Cortona is located. The second annex has another double bedroom and bathroom, a mini bar and laundry area.
